Also called a calendar VA, he or she makes sure no double booking occurs in his or her client’s schedule. A person in this job takes on the work of a timekeeper, weather or traffic reporter, and gatekeeper of the calendar.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and arrange appointments, travel plans, meetings, conferences, and other scheduling administrative functions
- Give timely reminders to the client regarding meetings, appointments, deadlines, and other commitments
- Handle tasks such as scheduling and overall team coordination
- Check scheduled meetings regularly, reassess priorities, and change earlier scheduled appointments as needed
- Manage the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner
- Update multiple calendars based on client requirements and systems
- Monitor email and other correspondence to guarantee coordination of all schedules
- Observe strict adherence to client requirements and policies
- Send a calendar report to the client
