When you use our website or order any service we offer, you agree with these Terms. If you disagree with any of them, you must discontinue your use of Top VA’s website and our services at once.

Top VA offers virtual assistance services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. We can assist you with tasks that demand time and extensive work. They include not only the following services:

- Bookkeeping Assistance

- Research Assistance
- Data Management

- Booking Assistance
- Website Maintenance
Limit on Scope of Services
Our VAs will perform remote services only. They may not and will not engage or help you engage directly or indirectly in any illegal, fraudulent, or immoral activity. In the same way, they will not search for information about illegal, fraudulent, or immoral activities, including, without limitation, the infringement of another person’s proprietary or personal rights.
Payment
We require advance payment before we can work on your order. We accept credit card and PayPal payments. For long-term services, such as web hosting, you must pay the full price of your order in advance. With the services we bring, we will only refund payments under conditions we deem to be very reasonable.
Late payments shall incur an additional fee of Ten Percent (10%) of the full price of the service you ordered. We shall suspend our service(s) on any account with unsettled payment(s) of over Three (3) Months.
Age Requirement
You must be at least Eighteen (18) Years Old in order to hire our VA services. If you ordered a service and we determined you are not Eighteen (18) Years Old, we may terminate your order immediately.
Term, Renewal, and Termination
After ordering a virtual service, making your payment, we will send you an acknowledgment receipt and recommend to you Three (3) Virtual Assistants. You will receive their profiles, so you can check, meet with, and interview them. You can then choose the right VA for your business needs.
Either you or Top VA can terminate the service. If you will terminate the service, send us an e-mail to inform us about it no later than One (1) Week before the last day of the service period. The work cessation will take effect on the last day of the service period. You may still use the remaining work hours until the end of that period.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any service. Topnotch VA may assist law enforcement in the prosecution of criminal liability; and/or assert a civil or criminal legal action on website or services use we believe is or might be violating these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. We will inform you of the impending termination as soon as possible.
Change in Virtual Assistant
Top VA cannot guarantee that you will have the same VA throughout the entire service period. During unavoidable occasions, such as long-term illness, resignation, and the like, another VA may work for you. In such a case, we will recommend another set of VAs for your selection and approval.
Work Hours
Work hours are only available during the service period. If you did not use all your work hours during a particular service period, they will expire. Likewise, you cannot unused work hours over to the next service period.
Intellectual Property Rights and Licenses
The work we do for you is “work for hire” and will belong to you. However, we keep the right to these aspects:
- Any draft or past work related to your project that did not reach the last stage; and
- Any work we built or produced before you became our client or that is not part of your order remains our exclusive property.
Violation Reporting
If you find any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violation against the website, whether owned by Top VA or third parties, please contact us at [email protected].
Liability
Top VA excludes itself, its owner, employees, and/or agents from all liability from:
- Loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy;
- Loss or damage caused by omission;
- Loss or damage caused by delay or error, whether the result of negligence or other cause in website production;
- Loss or damage to clients' images/photographs, supplied for the website, whether it resulted from negligence or otherwise.
Our entire liability to you on Terms’ claim or breach, whether caused by negligence, will be for the paid VA service(s) under these Terms from which the breach resulted.
Consent to Data Collection and Use
Our Privacy Policy explains what personally identifiable information (PII) we collect through https://topva4hire.com, how we use them, and who can access them.
General Provisions
- Top VA’s working relationship with you is that of an independent contractor. If needed, we can send you a W-9 upon request. Just contact [email protected] to ask for a copy.
- You cannot assign these Terms to another person.
- Neither party can force the other to perform for or gain exclusive services from the other.
- Documents reviewed and allowed only by both parties can change these Terms.
- The laws of the State of California govern these Terms.
- A professional mediator in Los Angeles County, California shall carry out any claim, controversy, or litigation related to these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Confidentiality shall survive the termination of these Terms of Service for Two (2) Years. Payment, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law shall survive indefinitely.
- If one part of these Terms appears to be invalid, the remaining sections shall remain valid.
- These Terms are binding and shall extend to successors and permitted assigns.
- These Terms have no third-party beneficiaries.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service any time, without notice. They shall be effective as soon as we have published them on this page, unless stated otherwise.
